Availability
Goods are usually shipped out within seven days subject to availability. Should goods not be available the customer will be informed when the goods can be shipped out.
Delivery
Products can only be shipped to the Registered Cardholders address, any attempt to action delivery to an address others than the registered cardholders address will serely impede the progress of the order. Orders from within the UK are sent by 1st class recorded delivery and will usually arrive within two days subject to availability.
Orders from within Europe and World Zones 1 & 2 are sent using the international signed for service. Goods will usually arrive within five days subject to availability.
Returns Policy
Goods once sold cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Faulty goods can be replaced with the same product subject to availability.
The customer will have to bear the expense of sending the faulty goods to us. Replacement of faulty goods can only be sent out after we have received and inspected the faulty goods. In exceptional circumstances a refund may be available at the discretion of the company management. |
